Shipping
Orders are typically shipped within 2 weeks of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, shipping method, and local customs processing. International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs procedures or other factors outside of our control.
Customers outside the seller’s country are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon arrival if applicable.
Once a size sells out, it may become available as a pre-order. Pre-order items are made after purchase and typically take 2–3 months to be produced and shipped.

Customers Within the EU
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your purchase and request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Customers Outside the EU
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for orders placed outside the EU.

Returns
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return. Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds will include the original standard shipping cost paid at checkout (if applicable). Return shipping costs are not refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and a photo showing the issue. After reviewing the problem, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable return shipping costs.
